I am a self-taught photographer since the early 1970's, with a passion for landscape photography.  In my photos, it's not hard to see that my favorite place to shoot is Michigan.  The Great Lakes, beaches, sunsets, north woods, lighthouses, cities and so many beautiful places along the way of my travels are inspiring.  I have photographed industrial machinery, weddings, portraits, advertisements, graduations, charity events, sports and other projects.  In 2013, I had a great experience photographing behind-the-scenes-action of the movie "Standing Post" produced for the Red, White, and Blue Project.  I have judged local photography competitions.  My images have been displayed in art galleries, businesses, restaurants, travel brochures, homes, and offices.

I've been inspired by Ansel Adams, David Muench, and Jim McCormick of Michigan.

For me photography is a never-ending adventure of the inner self to capture the moment, feeling, artistic spirit of life and the world that surrounds us.

Thank you for viewing, commenting and purchasing my photos.
